- The Shibz Flowers website is open to all users, with no age restrictions.
- Account creation is optional, and users may choose to complete their purchases via guest checkout.
- We offer a subscription service, which is currently processed manually rather than through an automated e-commerce system.
- Ordering & Payments
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Cash on Delivery, and Bank Transfers for transactions.
- Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within one (1) business day.
- Currency: All transactions are conducted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).
- Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery Locations: We currently offer delivery services only within the UAE.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Standard delivery time is 1-3 working days. Expedited delivery options may be available upon request—customers are encouraged to contact our customer support team for such inquiries.
- Delivery Fees: A delivery fee of AED 25 applies to orders below AED 150. Orders above AED 150 qualify for free delivery.
- Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- Returns: Returns are only accepted for damaged flowers. Customers must report any damage on the same day of delivery.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued as store credit or product exchange only. Monetary refunds are not available.
- Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of placing them. Beyond this timeframe, cancellation requests may not be accommodated.
- Product Information & Liability
- Product Representation: While we make every effort to provide accurate product images, slight variations may occur due to natural differences in floral arrangements.
- Flower Availability & Substitutions: We strive to fulfill all orders exactly as displayed; however, in rare cases, substitutions may be necessary due to flower availability.
- Delivery Liability: Shibz Flowers is not liable for delivery delays caused by weather conditions, logistics disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- Intellectual Property
- All website content, including images, product descriptions, branding, and designs, is the exclusive property of Shibz Flowers.
