  • Customers must report the issue on the same day of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original packaging and should not have been altered or used.

  • Refunds are provided only as store credit or exchange.

  • Orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of placing them.
  • After this period, cancellation requests may not be accommodated as orders are processed promptly.
  1. Delivery Issues & Liability
    • If the order is delayed due to logistics, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, Shibz Flowers is not liable.
    • If an incorrect address is provided by the customer, we are not responsible for non-delivery.
